CAN SOMEONE PLEASE IDENTIFY THIS SONG?!!!?

The only part i know is that the chorus sounds like it is saying. "It's Alright.... Inside? really elongated, and it's a female singer, kinda sounds like Taylor Swift, the song is fairly slow, and mellow. and i know alot of hip hop stations such as 105.9 has been playing this song alot, i think it has some rapping in in too, Although it is not Ashley Tisdale, or Bon Jovi by the way. Any guesses would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! :)
