Who is your favorite villain in anime history ?

mine is yomi from yu yu hakusho. He is very unique,most villains are easy the serious cold blooded type, others are crazy and grin at the taste of blood. But yomi is different, he is very mellow, patient, and thoughtful, he is blind but is still more powerful than nearly everyone in demon world.
