Does the double tap root beer make you knife faster?

for ballistic knife bowie/upgraded 4 ppl i got 40+ revives lol. and my secondary was upgraded crossbow. funny i had a f load of points and most kills on the team lol again. o yeah and it is useless after round 20+. i didnt go down til then
