Good way to diet, question?
First of all, dieting is bad and slows down your metabolism. You may get short-term benefits of losing a couple of pounds with dieting, but in the long run, having am extremely slow metabolism is not good or healthy. Second, although your insomnia problem may have been "cured", try to have good, healthy habits. Third, eating a lot of fruits and vegetables and drinking 8 glasses of water every day are very healthy for the body. Resistance and strength training with weights can build more lean muscle. Having more lean muscle means burning more fat and burning more calories, and thus, you will look thinner and fitter and feel stronger. Finally, having a gym membership card will not make you look good. You actually have to go to the gym on a consistent basis and work out in order to gain the results you want.
