Where do I get Bloodthirsty Gladiator's Heavy Crossbow in WoW?

I've been looking all over, asking people on WoW and have even asked this question once on Yahoo Answers but still have not gotten a good answer... The last time I asked it someone gave me a link to a vendor who only sells lvl 80 gear and below and the second person said "Where the developers put it" yeah, wasn't very helpful... So if anyone actually knows where I can buy or if I can even buy Bloodthirsty Gladiator's Heavy Crossbow please answer.
