Which lacrosse shaft should i get?

I'm in my 4th year playing and I'm going to high school next year. I want a new shaft to replace my Harrow I-Beam Advanced. I was looking at the Warrior Gnar or Scanadium etc. Suggestions, reviews, anything. I'll take suggestions of other shafts. My budget is under $100. I play attack and i want a faster shot and lighter shaft. i get checked a lot also, which is why i would prefer metal over composite. I want durability, lightweight, and a cool design. Also, if youve heard of or used the harrow crossbow head, should i keep it? or completely start over with a new stick?
